The ABB HIO3407 is an I/O expansion module designed for compatible ABB CP300-series control panels. It provides 12 bidirectional digital inputs, 2 PNP-type transistor outputs, 8 relay outputs, two 16-bit analog input channels, and one 12-bit analog output channel. The analog channels support configurable current and voltage signals, including 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V DC, and 0–5 V DC. The module supports high-speed inputs up to 200 kHz, high-speed outputs up to 1 kHz, and PWM functionality with adjustable duty cycles from 0% to 100%.
